July 27, 2006 – New House… Check!

Closing on the house yesterday went fine! There were some last minute changes, but things ended up back where they started. They wnted to move the close to friday, then possibly monday; but during the day yesterday they wondered if I could still close before days end. Worked out much better for me — I had the check ready, paperwork from leander out, requested time off, all that stuff. Because they moved things around so much, the sellers threw in the washer and dryer for free. 🙂 Cheap ones of course, but free! Going over to the house with a first load of stuff with Marilyn in a few. 🙂
